I don't mind sharing the playlist with her if that is the way to do it. I am so happy that we got the chance to see if they will thank Cedders for doing their job or find some corporately-greedy way to disable this workaround.Should the latter happen, that is clear customer manipulation and a great incentive to drop Deezer, and also Sonos when the time for new speakers comes. What timescales are we looking at to have this issue resolved? You go in and add your wifes new account into sonos under services.
To get Deezer on Sonos, pick a subscription plan. Sorry, I’m not a Deezer user, but are you saying that you can’t add in your alternate Deezer account, as suggested in the FAQ?Thanks for the link. As a UK user, who's seen the price of Sonos hike by up to 50% with no added functionality, having just upgraded to Deezer Family and found that this fundamental aspect of the plan is unavailable, there is no reason whatsoever for me to continue to use either Sonos or Deezer I would also like to know if a fix is planned for Deezer Family profiles.

This works great in the Deezer app and website but it doesn't work properly for Sonos as it only lets you use the master account. I don’t suppose anyone has a reliable link from which to download the SONOS Controller for Win10? Could you share info on your roadmap and process for adding new features? Deezer Family isn't available on Sonos yet. i have a fam account Deezer. Hi all. I agree here, I would like to have the family account supported also which is still an issue for me.

When you open Deezer in Sonos - it automatically opens the main profile only (and hence that person’s likes, playlists etc) and there is currently no option for the other profile holders to switch to their profiles (and their preferences).
I don't appear to be able to find new things and play them from there. We use 3 different kinds of cookies. I've looked on the Deezer support pages and they say it's a Sonos …
Surely it can't be that difficult if Spotfy users can switch between profiles via the Sonos app.
